  • Here's a quick rendition of my take on "Ladies Nite in Buffalo", by the mighty Steve Vai.
One of my favourite songs from the album "Eat Em And Smile", released in 1986.
    Gear used:
No real amps were used in tis video, just my good old Logic 10 plugins and a bit of sweat.
    Guitar: LSL Saticoy Custom
I've done two versions, one for my youtube channel and another for my instagram, which was the first one that I have uploaded.
Basically the same video, but mixed in totally different ways.
Here you can hear a stereo version of it, just like Steve have recorded.
Despite not having the right plugins such as the Roland SDE 3000 delay used by many names back in the 80's (some even nowadays), I've tried by best to recreate those iconic tones from Steve's guitar, the Charvel model by Steve himself named after "Green Meanie".
I hope you dig my take here, it's been a while since I have played any Vai songs, so be nice (or not)
