Very informative. I wish there were more videos like this on how to do water based screen printing.
I haven't used permaset sc in years because I can't get it right. I can get good coverage, but it always cracks after a few washes.
I use a forced air and cured it for close to 3 minutes at around 290f. What am I doing wrong? Should I be using additives?

I'm using this for the first time on a black tshirt (this is why I got it) but I only have a 160 mesh screen... the directions on the can say use a 110 tpi is this going to cause an issue?

I use 43t mesh, that is European/Australian measurement for threads per cm. It is very course to allow thicker ink through. 110tpi is thread per inch I think? which is about the same as 43t. Yes anything finer than 100tpi will cause some issues as to cover with light coloured ink on a dark textile you need to get a lot of ink to pass through the mess.

Can you make more videos using permaset super cover, for some reason when I get to my 10th shirt, my ink gets super thick, and at times it clogs the screen. I always make sure to flood my screen. Thanks ahead

I have a spray bottle that I occasionally squirt in the air above the screens. But there are some finer points and tricks. I might just make some more videos on this.
