this was also speculated to work due to the shape of the course - it's shaped like a C, and this wormhole goes roughly into the middle of it. ( media.discorda... ) image provided by Archy in the SSX Discord server
it's awesome that this was finally realized. the only world circuit course that remains to be broken is garibaldi.

There have been 2 before in an unlisted video Kelecat sent me, the one in this video is new though. When I first saw the Snowdream wormhole my mind was blown 😂
there have been a handful, maybe around 5~ wormholes that weren't beneficial found in the past, but this current one was discovered less than 3 days ago

Can we boast, then, that we have done anything to be accepted by God? No, because our salvation is not based on obeying the law. It is based on faith.
So we are made right with God through faith and not by obeying the law.
