Would this kind of pain come from a hip impingement? I know that I have one 😢 Do you recommend certain movements for hip impingements? How to make it better and for it not to return again? This is my second time going through this.

Thank you doctor i been dealing with this pain for about 4 years. Went to physical therapy and acupuncture with no full recovery. After trying your stretching, I realized my hips were tight.
Is there any adaptation or variant to this that could be done if the painful side thigh/groin is so tight that dropping it to the side (external rotation?) like that causes sharp pain between the groin and knee?
Perfect for me, thank you Dr. Rowe. BUT could you give me tips as to how to help repair/mend badly strained iguinals etc.? I had an accident where I very badly strained them. Too high to aid them with any kind of support system. I know one should avoid walking for a while, but I live totally alone & have a dog, so not possible. I used Biofreeze rollon on the are to help pain & aid bringing down swelling. All going well until I hjt with foot a raised pavement I didn't see. Now it's agony to walk & it doesn't help my existing lower back problem. I can't manage stretching exercises yet😮 . Over to you for any suggestions 😂. I'm 8yrs young 🤣 & normally very agile! I miss my daily walks. Rgds M.
Feel like something is moving up and down in my uppar thigh .when I am sit it's go up and when stan it's go down just like fluid.mri reports - trochanteric bursitis subtle fluid
It's ironic that the muscle is so tight, yet this tightness doesn't confer muscle building, rather the opposite. It shows overuse inhibits beneficial growth.
