One of my all-time favorites by TSO is First Snow, and I love how app snowfall is very similar. A great piece of music ❄️
I miss Darryl Pediford. Saw him twice back when TSO first started. Nobody can sing like he does on the song Music Box. Last song on this album. My favorite TSO song ever! No one can come close to singing it like he does.

Each album in turn came as no less than a musical on public broadcast television ...those need to be available to see ....some AM radio stations still play this music faithfully
@@gingertimelord5 there is only one movie, The Ghosts of Christmas Eve, prepared for PBS for a pledge drive. The other 3 Christmas albums were out, they are the ones available in the trilogy. There is an interview with Paul O'Neill on this and how fast he was able to pull together a movie, not just have PBS show a concert. But he's Paul O'Neill!!!
Ghost of Christmas eve makes me imagine a man sitting on a large cut tree stump while a circle of children sit on the floor around him while he reads out the lyrics from a big book (a storyteller in other words)

Love 'The Snow Came Down.' Best song on this album.
I disagree, that a good song, but the true best is The World That She sees, though the full, 6 minute version is better, look it up sometime
Both are good, but I think I relate to the snow came down, the story behind it.
For the past 10+ years, I’ve struggled with my weight and trying to find someone I can spend the holiday season with. Christmas, as much as I love it, in those years had me feel like a fifth wheel. I’ll get the gifts for everyone, they become happy and grateful, then when we get to the big dinner, everyone is with their significant other and I felt alone. I was never depressed during that time, but it just made me feel as if Christmas Day is just another day, even though it’s not.
I always thought I could get someone with my friendliness, but I didn’t have much in terms of confidence. Now, coming down from 330 lbs to under 210 lbs, I have a new found confidence and I’m back in the dating world. I had my first one, in over 10 years, 3 weeks ago with a lady friend. Soon, I’ll be asking another woman out that I haven’t seen in nearly 2 years.
This year, I’m viewing Christmas a little differently. What I have learned is it wasn’t so much my weight, but me in general. So listening to this song, I feel like I’m in this guy’s shoes, getting ready to see what the future holds following those footsteps out the train station. I’m looking forward to 2020 and seeing what’s in store for me.

Funzone49 thanks! Hopefully this next girl says yes when I ask, but even if she doesn’t, I feel more confident than ever before nor feeling like a fifth wheel. So should be a very good Christmas.
This is why I love TSO. Their music has real meaning to them because it IS real music. So both songs are great and compliment each other well. Thanks for allowing me to say what’s been on my mind for awhile. Wish me luck with this girl!

Love the intro song of this album - "The Ghosts of Christmas Eve." The singer sounds like a singing ghost of Christmas. I think some of these songs have heavy rock elements in this album.

I love the whole album,and their other albums too,are the only, xmas music,I listen to at xmas,and I love that it combines beautiful instrumentals,with a good rock guitar riffs! I hope they play this album again the next time they go on tour. That was the only album in their Christmas trilogy they did not perform for everyone in the history of TSO.
They did do it one year because I saw it. My only regret was the lack of a children’s choir for Christmas Cannon - they did the ‘rock’ version which I like but not as much as the other. And no ‘The World That He Sees’ either.
Wrong! The Christmas Attic toured several seasons ago.

You can get those commercials off. There should be a three dotted line beside the video. Hit the line and it should give you the ability to not show the commercial
