I LOVE, LOVE , LOVE, Christmas Carol's, Music, ALL OF IT. Traditional , Chicago's Christmas Albums, I added Celtic, and English Christmas Carol's , TSO, I really do LOVE, and Adore it ALL
The first time I heard TSO was in a Christian bookstore and song number 1 was playing. I was immediately hooked. Honestly, nearly every song brings a tear to my eyes.
I have seen them every year since it's creation (except 2020) by the late Paul O'Neill (R.I.P.). In fact, he was the one that peaked my interest when I heard his interview on Cleveland's Classic Rock Station. It was a fantastic interview from a sincere and well spoken gentleman that knew the business and pursued a dream. I didn't know this man and yet, after his speech and his invite to the public (his sales pitch) to come see them, I just had to go buy some tickets and check this out. I did and I went and I was floored to the core! Every note so true and mastered to perfection by some of the best musicians in the world. And their coordinating light show - wow. That "wow" has gotten me every year! I am going on the 26th in Columbus, OH this year and it will be an uplifing experience for me to bring an end to yet another crappy year. Onward to see what 2022 will bring. Peace, prosperity, and good health be with all of you this holiday season. 💖And go see them live! ☃

Trans Siberian Orchestra and Savatage's music compliment each other very well. These guy's have been doing TSO since '96. They DON'T GET ENOUGH CREDIT for their contributions to the music industry. Their enthusiasm is contagious. Beethoven's Last Night IS AN UTTER MASTERPIECE. That tour featured the best pyrotechnics I HAVE EVER SEEN. May their music live forever.
Matt Lucas you hit the nail on the head! Savatage had little to no radio play. As TSO you can hear them on rock stations AND more traditional stations that play Christmas music as well!
Metallica isn't that great. They never were. I listen to more European metal than west coast metal and the European metal is by far better. Better interplay between the musicians and generally better singers.
I'm not into the new style rock and roll, but these guys and gals are fantastic. And the one guy sounds very much like Johnny Mathis who I have always liked.
