Regardless of the exterior looks, Princess leads the interior styling race as for now. Timeless but still up do date and modern feel. Some other brands may be more “contemporary” but their boats will not feel fresh as long as this one
I agree, it's timeless and stunning. Other rivals have some extra bling but also other areas where they look industrial or cheap, having square edges or lower quality finishes. I think these latest Princess models have really perfected the interior design, even compared to say the Y72 this looks a class above. Apparently these can hit 35 knots, maybe with the 2000hp engines. That's as fast as a Sunseeker Sport yacht, with loads more space and comfort.
Upto now the Y85 was the goal but this is the same just slightly different. A main deck similar to the M70's and 3 doubles and 1 twin like the higher 70's. Plus a squashed crew space but certainly good for 2 comfortably. A spa with a crane would be my choice so a jetski can go up there and if the water is cold, a nice warm spa. Perfect for me to cruise the world for a couple of years I think Great tour. Thanks.
Alex, you always give an exceptional showing. Thanks for this one. My favorite is the Galeons and hope you're showing us one soon.👍👍👍Galeon would have gotten 👍👍👍👍👍😉
I still think Princesses are hilariously overpriced for today's market and today's competition. Just thinking what half that price will get me with other brands. Nice one though.
A 2016 princess 60 fly is 1million pounds! The new 62 fly more then tripple ! The 2016 has 400 hours on engines still brand new it has bow stern thrusters modern digital displays for charts plotters ect! Top level sound system tv in every room hydraulic swim platform heating cooling and inside the whole vessel is in brand new condition the list goes on! It's probably been used 20 times or less! I'm A princess lover but with the price there at I'd buy a riva 88FOLGORE over an princess s78 or y85! Your right princess pricing is out of this atmosphere we live in! You can get a azimut y72 a beatiful boat for 1.8million pounds! And that's a 2020 brand new with a few hundred hours on engines! But you have to agree princess looks and the huge indoor space and there layouts leave everyone in there wake! God bless all and happy sailing all 🙏❤⚓🛥
Two things: inflation, has made the price going up like a rocket. Two: you can’t really compare anything to a princess when it comes to building quality and sea worthiness. There are the Italians which is one step above in price. But in it’s category princess is the best. Even the other Brit’s like sunseeker comes close to princess in building quality.
Never understood the current trend for kitchen/diners. I can't wait to get *away* from the noise and smells of the kitchen after making dinner. Likewise, if I were a guest on this boat, I wouldn't want to watch or hear the chef/steward clanking the pans!
I know princess our a superb company, but I still don't see why you would pay 5million more for a 80 when you can get a pearl for 3m, great presentation thou ty......
Pearl are lovely and I admire them, and would personally buy one over a similar Princess, but Princess are UK built to a quality process unsurpassed by anyone. Pearl are a good Chineseium-ish floater. Princess are a British Battleship. Princesses keep their value and resale fast which can be handy. Remember you don't REALLY buy the boat at the headline price, you almost always resell before repaid. So resale is a huge component of yacht purchase choice.
No wing stations or aft docking stations? That's really not very wise. Even smaller boats have aft docking stations. For a charter yacht, the owner doesn't seem to be very knowledgeable in regards to what needs to be available for a crew to want to stay. I imagine they'll have issues attracting competent crew because u ,essentially this is a husband and wife chartering, they aren't going to get the 'happy crew, happy boat'. This was laid out not very smart.
Fixed stations are a waste these days. James from Sunseeker day customers just aren't ordering them because the remote controls are so good and reliable.
Great boat,a lot of money.😊

Thanks, moving / panning the camera around so much that even on an iPad I get sea sick.

Over a Princess??what do I know,I can’t afford a tender!

Or, look in the used or recent-used market and you'll be pleasantly surprised.
New boats are all fluff, not about boating.
@@septopus3516 yeah, you're so right. Its shocking how much value they lose per annum, considering their prices brand new.
