- It's time for Week 7 of Season 2 2024 on #iracing and I'm back in the new Super Formula Lights car. I've qualified well, but lap one sees me make a crucial mistake that leaves me with a mountain to climb. Can I recover? Let's find out!

Thanks for the shout out. I'm amazed all those cars made it to the end without crashing into each other. Like you, I thought an accident was inevitable. I had a similar situation in a previous race, and all 6 cars in the group in front managed to take themselves out in various collisions.
Cracking finish David! Shame I messed up otherwise I think our pace was similar and we could have been battling on track!

Excellent recovery drive, after an easy lap one mistake that we’ve all made. Some of us, more than others! Hungaroring is a great track for the open wheelers, and iRacing looks gloriously colourful here!
Cheers Chris! I was relieved not to take half the field with me!! And to avoid damage! Maybe with a few more laps a better finish would have been there for me but all in all a fun race anyway!
Pity about the early incident Ben, but a great recovery drive. You clearly had the pace to be further up, but the track is another one for easy overtaking chances.

I like your vids. Always kept nicely commented and reformatted to contain all the important highlights. I also invited you to friends on IRacing ig you would like to (although im driving F4 now mainly. Dont have the other one. Just started my IRacing advanture like 3 weeks ago, even tho the game I have my account for 8 months, because I had 1 free month 8 months ago but i didnt really use it much) ;)

@@Ben_LaBroca I suppose its similar to Super Formula. I think ppl say super formula has bit more downforce but is slightly slower.
From races point of view, im only 1800 rank so my races are quiet similar to yours in "excitement and action" :D
