    Ingredients:
    1/4 Pork
    1L water
    Quail eggs (boiled)
    1pc White onion
    3 cloves Garlic
    Chili peppers/ Labuyo (adjust to preferred spiciness)
    5-6 tbsp Soy Sauce
    2-3 tbsp White Sugar
    Ground Pepper to taste
    Procedure:
    1. Boil Pork + 1L of Water + White Onion + Chilies + Salt and Pepper for over an hour. After boiling, strain through a sieve and add only the broth back to the pot and boil again.
    2. Shred or thinly slice the boiled pork.
    3. Add soy sauce and sugar to the broth. Then add back the pork, quail eggs, garlic, and some chilies (adjust according to preferred spiciness). Add chopped peppers and boil for 5 more minutes.
