    Squid radish soup
    [Ingredients]
    Squid - 300g
    Radish - 200g
    Water - 2L
    Green onion -50g
    Minced garlic - 10g 1sp
    Minced ginger - 3g 1/4sp
    Fish sauce - 10g 1sp
    Salt - 10g 1sp
    Say sauce - 20g 2sp
    Shrimp sauce - 3g 1/4sp
    Chili powder - 15g 2sp
    [Recipe]
    1. Cut the radish into 0.5cm thick slices.
    2. Cut the squid into 3~5cm long pieces.
    Do not peel the skin as it enhances the taste of the broth.
    3. Stir-fry until the radish becomes transparent and water is produced.
    4. Add the soy sauce, ginger, garlic, fish sauce, salt, shrimp sauce and red pepper powder
    5. and boil over high heat for 10 minutes
    6. Boil a little more.
