Sir meri company me work load bahut zyada hai, manager roz extra hours extend karwata hai, roz 11-12 ghante kaam karte hai. Even weekends pe bhi kabhi kabhi kaam rehta hai. Kaam zyada interesting bhi nahi hai or manager toxic type ka hai. Kya karu?

Sir i am working at a Mnc as service desk anylyst my notice period is 60 days but as per offer letter i have completed my probation period but didn't recieved confirmation letter for permanent employment so I case i need to switch my job tho muje notice period serve krna padega kya???

Karna padega bhai, notice period is mandatory unless your manager can give you early release from company
