Sir I have question. In my organization 3 months notice period. But my manager put it as 2June 2022 my last working day. I sent resignation email on 2nd March 2022 . So as per 90 calendar day 31st May 2022 was my last working day.. Even if asked my manager he said 3 months notice period. Not 90 days? Who is correct in this regards.

Yes salary freezes either one month or 2 months depending on company to company
