Yes this is true ....as there is lobbying in corporate jobs as per by cst, regional,langveg, top boss people lobby,also private coaching class also has money chain to corporate job...to create a lobby

Here is real story of myself, I have total 8 years of experience and have changed 7 companies though my current package is 27-28 LPA but in past I have always resigned without having offer and only once it took me 4 months to get offer apart from that one incident always I got offers within a month or two max, and always I got good hike. And I am not affraid of resigning at all but only thing is now I have realized is HR's are kind of raise doubt on my frequent job changes even though I was able to justify but going forward I need to change it otherwise I will get offers but HR's might reject me because they might feel I am job hopper. So my point is if you are very good in what you do then you can do anything, why I am saying this because I feel I am good at what I do because once when I was having 2-3 years of experience yet I was hired for a position where 8-10 years of experience was needed

TCS had given me offer letter in 2022. I resigned with that in my hand. But they didn't give me joining saying I hadn't disclosed that I had absconded in a company once. When I enquired about all this, I came to know that TCS has a bad practice of giving people offer letter but not giving them joining or asking them to resign after giving them joining on silly reasons. I got a better opportunity elsewhere is a different thing though. I'll never join TCS ever, I've decided. They pay very less in hand salary in comparison to ctc.
