    食材:400克番薯、1勺盐、100克面粉、1勺粘米粉、食用油、3勺糖、2勺清水
    1)把番薯去皮切片,准备一锅热水加1勺盐把番薯放入煮至熟软,大约15分钟
    2)准备100克面粉、1勺粘米粉搅拌均匀备用
    3)把煮软的番薯捞出,压成泥再加入调好的粉
    揉成面团,再休面15分钟
    4)手涂上食用油,取一部分面团揉成圆形再压扁再戳个洞就可以啦
    5)热锅热油,把番薯圈下锅用中小火炸至定型,取出再二次翻炸再取出备用
    6)锅留底油,加入3勺糖2勺清水,开中小火把它炒至融化出现多泡泡,就可以加入番薯圈一起快速翻炒,裹上糖就做好啦❤️
