    I rarely bother to add LEDs to my RC cars, and when I do, I usually build my own gadgets. But this is a pretty good product, I must say.

    So cool! I've been wanting a light kit like this. The magnetic connection is a great idea. I have Mini-Z GT86 white body that I painted up and added a wide body kit to for a Drift Art build. I really want to add lights to it but it has no light buckets though. I'm going to get this kit, remove the 3mm leds and solder on some smd leds.
    Thank you for showing this Beaver. It's nice to see a video from you. I hope you are doing well.

    Super nice, what chassis did you use and how did you mount the body?

    • @BeaversHobby
      @BeaversHobby  7 месяцев назад

      The chassis is DriftArt 3S. Here's the review. ruclips.net/video/Jal8EwHS-cA/видео.html
      As for the mounting I use small magnets with hole on M2 screws then another set of magnets taped to the body.

    Geat video! Im Going to do the same build with drift art 3s and kyosho 2000 gtr body , what size wheels should i go with ? Is 11 mm to wide for the front ? I was going to get 20x8.5mm all around, and lf5 tires per your video, i will be drifting on hardwood.

      This body is very narrow. You can use the wheels that come with the body and they will be a perfect fit. Otherwise a set of narrow 8.5mm standard size (20mm diameter) with 1mm offset is also good to use. That's the one I have in this video. PN BBS N1 wheels with DS LF5 on all 4.

      @BeaversHobby do you recommend a battery size for this set up ? I want to make sure the one I get will fit. The one I'm looking at is 45mm x 20mm x 12 mm

      @@FRESH-UNIT Marka Racing 350mah fits pretty much all 1/28-1/24 and packs a punch too. It looks like this. www.wolframrc.com/product/350mah-2s-lipo-battery-w-jst-ph-balance-connector-marka-racing/1143
