Great work. After about 45 seconds the audio corrects itself. I is well worth the watch. Thanks for posting.
Love Qi Gong. This Master seems to be very good, explains the exercises fully, has a light sense of humor... feels good to watch and follow. Thank YOU!
Thanks for sharing this video. The doctors have been of little help with my Hep C. The fatigue, exhaustion, body pains, and general flu like symptoms have steadily worsened over 25 years to the point that I feel as if I am just enduring not living. I have gone from a high energy, active person, to one that struggles just to make myself move. I have continued to remain hopeful that I will find a solution to at least feel as if I can contribute to life again, instead of just taking up space. I keep up a cheerful demeanor around my family and anyone else I encounter, but inside I feel that because I have not been able to overcome my chronic illnesses, that I am failing to fulfill my purpose, potential and contribute to life and others. So anyone else out there that also struggles with chronic pain and fatigue, just know this: You are not alone, you are not crazy or lazy, and that it is very difficult for other people to understand what it is like to live with these symptoms. Never lose hope, but don't blame yourself either. Do what you can do, but not what you think you should do and not what others expect you to do. Give yourself credit not giving up and for the things you can do and don't keep a running list of the things you weren't able to get done or that you can no longer do. Maintaining a healthy attitude while being constantly challenged by debilitating symptoms that no one else can see of feel, may be a feat that goes unrecognized by others, but that makes your accomplishment an even greater achievement.
Maybe like me uv been raised by a fault-finding nagging pessimist. Maybe earthclinic.com can help u as it has helped me. Maybe add probiotics, seaweed, coconut oil, and detoxing chlorine & mercury from ur body ;& removing sugar, dairy, gluten & msg will help. Blessings!
I will certainly check out your suggestions. And you are pretty much on the mark about my upbringing. Controlling and guilt/shame based manipulation could be added to the mix. So thank you for your insight and suggestions.
John Easterling, who owns the Amazon Herb Co. has visited the Rain Forest multiple times, and while there many yrs ago he had a near death experience with Hep C. A Shipibo tribesman gave him advice that got him to recover quickly from serious symptoms - he was told to take cat's claw and chanca piedra tea. I understand there are two kinds of cat's claw, one better than the other. I think the cat's claw ginensa is better, well it's been so long so I'm not real sure. Anyway, I feel for you and wish the very best in your continued detoxing. I believe Larry Wong has helped me with my liver and emotional trauma starting 5 yrs ago - it's much better now. I love to help people who will listen. Sometimes it can be overwhelming I know. I just learned recently that selenium is very important to take for the liver according to Dr. Joel Wallach. I take it anyway for my thyroid. I hope this helps. Have you ever tried organic coffee enemas for detoxing liver? They work according to Dr. Patrick Vickers. RUclips has taught me so much!
Not just exercises... a whole thought and physiological understanding and sharing.
Knowledge from the ages accumulated for benefit of all who care to partake and share !
Sifu, Larry Wong it would be a honor to meet you! Take care Xie Xie ni.
TakeshiMiyagi-Azian Martial Arts.
I like the approach and the relaxed humor. He's speaking spontaneously, inspired by the group's Qi. A very good teacher, imo.
He's speaking the original, btw, I don't understand the comments about it beig dubbed or translated.
The (dubbed) music is a little distracting, more appropriate for silent practice than an instructional session. The simple bird twittering would be better for the video.
I think he is a very good master, he explain the intention of the movement while doing it, besides he speaks good English, keep doing theseexcersices and you will see andfell good results in your body and mind.
I could hear fine and I thought the music was a great compliment in terms of what he was trying to explain.
The background noise are the clouds that will allow you to cross the bridge without looking down. I understand. It is not for you, but for your lower self. The dragon within.
A good question. Video instruction is very limited. The stance is all important (the so-called horse stance). It should be practiced before moving on. All I can say is I had a fucked up back and Chi Gong has helped enormously.
Yes, contact the Hepatitis C caring ambassadors program speak with Lorren. Please let her know Omonike at Image Quilt Productions sent you.
Best,
Omonike
I managed to work up a sweat just following this video! Been a while since I managed to do that. Effective...:))

2 people talking at once .. was like the voices in my head i used to get .. now i get to distracted i cant concerntrate on what this teacher is saying i wish i could
@takeshimiyagi , Thank you for your comment. Sorry about the audio. I am the instructor of the video and not the producer. Nothing I could do about that. Sorry!
Keep practicing, because the Chi of this "Metal Tiger" year will be quite challenging!
Peace and Good Health... Namaste,
- Sifu Larry Wong

Thank you for sharing this video this is the right sport for me :)
I heard the liver and Pizza, and to refresh myself.
I too would like a DVD.
Thank you!!!
does he have an exercise DVD? I like his technique and teaching style.
It would be great if we could see the entire body to see the stance in each pose
Yes will be excellent as I told you I made some Qi Gong movements including respiratory to and a felt calm.
How much will be the cost of the DV
this is better than excellent..
the only issue is the background noise :(
I didn't know this, but my brother is training to be a Qi Gong instructor. Infected in 38 years with two Interferon hell-years soon behind me, I guess I should talk to my brother and try this. Or?
I believe he is Master Larry Wong. Contact the Hep C Caring Ambassadors Program for more info on the instructor. If you are in New York, Please consider seeing the film I am promoting at the AMC Magic Johnson Harlem 8. It is set in Jamaica in the 1970's... A love story none the less:

i have some questions, if i am a beginner, what is the chi suppose to feel like when it flows through my body? am i suppose to be imagining the feeling of the chi before i feel it in order to summon it or am i suppose to be blank minded/relaxed? how long does it take on average for ppl to feel the chi?
Nice. But, it is not totally peaceful because of the background noises.

shiroazumari:
that kindof sounds like something from hokuto no ken, grand ultimate fist, makes their arms explode, but who knows
why am i hearing two voices?
Sifu, the video is excellent, but the sound really sucks!!!!too much background noise!
Not sure what you mean...
Liver, pulse and healing. The other voice seems to be talking more sense.
does this improve my energy..
prajwal d Yes, it will raise your vibrational frequency, if combined with a good diet based around fresh whole foods. Links mind body and soul, key step to happiness
