After seeing your video on the “Total Solar Eclipse 2024 - இதை விட்டா 21 வருஷம் காத்திருக்கணும்” and I got tempted to see it by any chance. Fortunately, I was only a 4-hour drive (210 miles) away from the path of totality. I was hoping for a preparation video from you, but alas, it wasn’t to be.
I kept a close eye on the cloud coverage every hour and marked multiple locations. I booked several rentals and finally decided to go to Shades State Park in Indiana the day before the eclipse. I noticed from your video that you also captured the event from Indiana.
In my excitement, I made a significant error during the totality. I forgot to remove the ND filter and was left adjusting the exposure and wondering why I couldn’t see anything during those crucial moments. However, when I looked directly at the eclipse with my naked eye, I was left speechless. The light rays around the sun looked like a divine dance, a Vishwaroopam/Ruthra Thandavam of sorts. I hope I’m not overstating it. As i captured in RAW format, Somehow i recovered the diamond ring using Lightroom.
Now, I can’t wait to witness another solar eclipse in my lifetime. I either have to wait for another 21 years in North America or travel to Spain or Iceland. I would love if you could make a video about the upcoming solar eclipses and the best places to view them. I promise to be the first viewer! Please continue to post similar videos as there aren’t many channels that share this kind of information. Keep up the great work!

I once shot orion nebula during the lockdown, appo light pollution konjam kammi ah irundhudhu. It was really fun to shoot. Ofc bayangarama porumai venum. But final output worthu. So pls astro edunga na, it also a very peaceful kind of photography. shoot ellame nedu rathri pannuvenga, that silence and wind noice are the best thing. kandipa kosu kadikum cant help that😂. But my humble request is, pls get into astro, make videos of them. We would love to learn from you. ❤
