I want to touch on the Pavs/Hintz only scoring 1 point. It’s my belief that Dallas is so deep that they can’t “watch” everybody. Vegas was probably keyed in on those two which led to no production. I at least know that Pavs was being guarded like a hawk hovering in front of the net. So, in my opinion, the Stars are so deep that teams are going to have to pick who they any to keep off the score sheet. And, are also so deep, they can score in many different ways from almost anyone else on the bench.
Dallas only rotating 5 defensemen right now scares the he|| out of me. Other than that, I think the Stars match up pretty well with Colorado.
Dallas certainly has the advantage in goal, which is typically the single most important factor in the postseason. If the Dallas defense can stay healthy and handle all those minutes, they just may be able to slow down Nathan McKinnon enough to pull this off.
Can't be blowing 3-Nil leads and definitely can't take penalties against this team either. This one hurt. Gotta bounce back Thursday.
