Setting your nose down .1 doesn’t make the tail not drag, The only reason you drag is due to your weight being to far back which was a confidence thing for me; once i started gaining confidence on my board i no longer dragged my tail as much, Most of the time it’s just GT that tail drags tho, Great video!
We were actually thinking of dropping another video because we’ve figured out different settings that may work for heavier riders. Go into more detail. Go watch our dark mode preset video. We get into more detail around tricks but we explain in detail each setting in custom.
First board was 15 minutes. No issue. 2nd board scared me. Took 2 hours and kept disconnecting! I had to hold the power button to reset. Yellow light appeared and I was good! This was before they released the 2nd update.
Max angle controls the tilt of the board. Depending on your terrain. If your board is over compensating to much you can back off the tilt or increase the tilt. We ride with this in the middle for now.
@@elbuhdai605 not sure yet. Trying to fully test this custom shaping. We’re about 40 miles in since the update. The board has never felt this good! It’s like a new onewheel.
Yes. On the hwy we were running 20MPH in the neighborhood it was around 16-18. With the aggressive at +5 you get to push back quicker. Not trying to push beyond with new settings yet until we get comfortable.
It automatically updates when you download the new software. You don’t hear it unless your making the board wheel slip or pushing back at high speed. I don’t think you can hear it at all in this video and we hit 20MPH.
@@borillasnaps cool. thanks for your responses. Last qustion, when you ride in "Bay" does your haptic buzz happen at the push back speeds of 10 or 12 mph, or are you only feeling the buzz on other profiles?
@@josephcase5435 when you put in bay pushback happens earlier which causes the buzz. That’s what people are using to get it to sound off for videos. If your in regular modes it happens around 20.
Let’s us know what you think and what questions you have! What else would you want to see for presets? Trying to do a trick preset but street preset is so good!
Why do all these custom profiles insist on using flow?? Flow is the worst setting imo. The board just has zero power to climb at all and it very hilly around here so I can’t just be changing settings to climb and then back on flat ground
🤙 thank for commenting! Not sure where you live. We’ve ridden all of them for 100’s of miles. It’s the best mode imo. Its the closest to surfing and with the aggressive up to 5 it’s super powerful. I guess you could start with highline and try to make it smooth. Tyler won race for the rails in flow and all the racers use flow or highline. If you just want to Cruz and carve you use flow. You may have to use elevated if you live on hills.
Now I know it’s an expensive buy, but 357-t’s or katanas have helped with tail dragging so much and overall performance as well as clearance
Really liking this Street setting guys thx!!
Awesome! We love to carve and just have fun with it! This setting does that and it’s got serious speed! We hit 20 a lot faster!

Did your upgrade go smooth? Was it after the second onewheel app update?

Can you explain the max angle?

Hey I wanted to ask after the update does your motor sound a little louder?
With aggressive up it roars!
Oh yeah I’ve definitely noticed that! I just wanted to make sure the update didn’t possibly ruin my motor
Mine is a little louder after the update too. I also noticed slightly less range but that could be my imagination.

All good! I can understand! For us the update gave our board super powers 😂 this preset is sick! We haven’t changed one thing!
