    Great reviews Sam. Thank You.
    P.S. New Clips are now smaller do the reefer requests. If you have big one that is too big for your tank you can take it out after some time and keep in the fridge for 1-2 days. Than give it to your fish again.

      Sever Lukasiewicz I had heard about the smaller clips, to be honest the current size is fine for my tank. But smaller wouldn’t hurt :)

    Good review Sam. I've been using a few of the AF powders and their phyto for a while now but recently picked up the tiny food pellets for my mandarins. They are a big fan and it is just the right size for them.

    Awesome review Sam - I am wondering if the calanidae clips would be good for fussy fish in QT. I was thinking about the Masstick but with this being you can take it out I think it may be a really good solution as I saw on an old MACNA presentation by Austin that in QT you should be feeding as often as possible so the fish are not stressed about food not being available. I also really love that those pellets sink being that I want to add an autofeeder and may not want to shut off the return ;)
    This is really helpful and you don't see this kind of insight very often ;)

      Sunny Goold thanks for the kind feedback! These calandae clips are much cheaper than mastick too :)

      @@ParkersReef Yeah totally - the Masstick is super expensive but I think I will have to have some for when I get in finicky fish and try both. Is it said Cal an i dye? or maybe Cal an i day? LOL

    Which of these would you say is best for clownfish? I have small clowns around 1-1.5 imches, I was thinking marine mix S or would the tiny fish food be better?
    My clowns hate flakes

    Don't get sucked into all this I use vitalis soft marine that's all you need pellet wise just pick 1 herbavores need nori or algea flakes for gut health plus pellets are a once a week treat the carbs are a phosphate producer

      glad to hear vitalis is working well for you. Does the trick for me for most fish too, some new fish are a little picky though

    What about the cost Sam?

    • @ParkersReef
      @ParkersReef  5 лет назад

      Hi John, they are all around the $30 per tub price range. Seems expensive, but they each last a long time (they are quite full tubs and it doesn’t take a lot to feed the fish)
