This video was perfect, Thank you! 😎👍
glad you enjoyed it, thanks for watching!
Immaculate colors..
👍🏽
thanks mate :)
I will definitely consider these foods in my new build. The tank liiks amazing by the way. It seems like it went from sparse to full really quick
The coral addiction hit pretty hard 😅
My tank goes nuts for the plankton elixir
It’s good stuff hey!
@@ParkersReef has to be if the goni and fire works cloves react to it 😆
Side note, Sam....you do not post nearly enough front and square FTS shots of your tank. Looking amazing mate!!! 😍😍
Haha thanks mate :)
Elixir is best all rounder for fish and corals for me :)
was by far the biggest surprise to me! Great food!
I have nowhere to buy frozen food
The nearest store is 500 km away
I think I'll check it out in my aquarium 😀
these could well be the answer for you then!
5 Months in on the products, love em!
they're great and convenient!
@@ParkersReef I always gage the food on how voracious my fish become on what i put in. These are up there with Goldpods from nyos and home made everything included frozen cubes
i use the Aquaforest Liquid Artemia & Aquaforest Liquid Mysis & Aquaforest Liquid Rotifers Aquaforest Veggie , My fish love all these products, I brought up a couple of bottles, when they have 250 mls bottles for the same price as 200 mls. its a shame not all stores have stock all the time, also i have been using this for over 3 months and havent seen any changes to the levels at all.
yeah works a treat I reckon. Be sure to give the plankton elixir a try if you see it in store - you will love it
Hi, thank you for the video. Could you tell me the name of the red fish in your tank? Thanks a lot!
they are flame hawks :)
Oh my gosh! Look at the colours in your tank!
I’m still trying to decide what I want in my tank. Maybe you have some suggestions to check out?
It’s 240l, currently only have 2 clowns, a blue spot blenny and longnose hawk + 🐌.
I love foxface rabbits but I think my tank may be a little on the small side. Maybe a longnose butterfly?
What colourful/bright fish would you recommend for a newish saltwater owner?
Yeah at 240l your options are restricted a little. Perhaps a small school of anthias or chromis? Might be better aesthetically than a larger fish that might look at of place?
The fish definitely devoured it Tank and fish look beautiful what is the shelf life of the foods
They sure did!!! One after the other, they never even blinked 😅
Once opened, store in fridge and use it within a year
I always had trouble using it. Especially when it clogs and I have to press too much. So I always overfeed xD
give it a good shake, keep the top clean :)
Hi Sam, awesome video. In the U.S. we can't find AF but I feed my fish and Corals with similar food made by Reef Nutritions. Besides Alk, magnesium and calcium, what other suppliments do you dose. Any recommendations for SPS dominant Tank. Thanks
Hey Nihard, I'm actually working on a trace element video which you might find interesting! I should be in out in the next 2-3 weeks :)
As for the aquaforest foods, I think you'll see them entering the US market pretty soon :)
Honey, where did all of the plates go??!! 🍱
hahaha "they're being, um, washed, twice, perhaps three times....."
How long is the fridge life of the products?
Yeah great question! I actually don't know, but I have had some in my fridge for 6 months without any issue.
@@ParkersReef Me too my picky fish are spoiled by my home made mix =D
Are these all available in your store?
Ain’t my store, but yes, Deer Park carey them :)
Hi Sam any ideas if these can be frozen? Thinking of making up my own frozen cubes so wondering about adding these to the mix. Cheers Adam
Oooh good question! I can’t see why not?
Sam,
These foods look interesting but I’m not sold yet.
17 euros for a 200ml bottle of Mysis VS 2,95 for 100gr of frozen mysis which I enrich with fauna Marin vitamins.
Except for not needing any prep work & thawing, why would I pay almost 3 times as much?
I'm not trying to sell you, however, I will say that 1 bottle I find to be about the equivalent of about 6 packets of frozen food. Perhaps more
@@ParkersReef oh I wasn’t implying you were! You’re one of the reefers I follow because I know you never push products. Apologies!
Ok, that seems a lot more reasonable. I’ll try a bottle out then.
Thanks for the quick answer!
Anytime mate! Little squirts are the key, there is a lot of food in a bottle :)
Hi Sam, what quantity would you feed making sure some food reaches the corals, after the fish frenzy??? I started having 5 to 6 LPS corals in my tank, so wanted to see if this feeding type will help me instead if hand feeding them 2 to 4 times a week. Thanks
I don't feel there is any real science to it, give it a small squirt and see how quickly it gets eaten :)
@@ParkersReef sweet will try that mate thanks
Thanks for the synopsis Parker. I’ve got the liquid Veg and I love this stuff. Tank is looking beautiful btw!
Thanks mate :)
Dude how are you dealing with the absolute tyranny???? You seem like everything is normal
In the tank or in the state?
Lol good answer but the state I’m really concerned for you guys and it’s coming this way stay strong
Yeah no fun mate, but thankfully I have this tank to keep me occupied :)
@@skinnerjw5525 what state you in?
New York
Definitely aint coming round yours for a bit of cake and a cuppa. 🤮
Hahaha but they taste so good 😅
