Chance Orb's main use is vendoring for scours at 4:1. Just cut out the middleman and allow chances to re-roll magic and rare levels of rarity and reduce their drop rates by 75%
At this point they might as well change Chance Orbs to work on Normal, Magic and Rare, after all, it's not that people use them for anything other than chance scouring Uniques
Actually they could mke toggle that allow you to put Orb #1 and Orb #2 that you want to use, first come chance and then Scour. No one will care about, so shouldn't am i.

It's not losing the base that's painful LOL, it's having to go through the entire chancing process AGAIN. At that point it's not even about the currency costs, the real cost is suffering potentially permanent damage to your hand over a game
back in the day prior to us having 10 acts, one league i chanced a skyforth in merc scepter of the god on day one. day 2 i chanced another in yellow maps. i stopped chancing things at that point. my luck was finished.
Even just a crafting recipie that does it for you in 1 click and you don't have to move would be nice, but yeah also increase the potency and rarity of the chance orbs too
This is the same thing Lance brought up, I think chance orbs need a complete rework I would MUCH MUCH prefer if they were extremely rare and did what trash to treasure did or a far far stronger version of chance orbs.

put it in a crafting station with the currency stacks, and it'll 'slowly' churn through your command automatically, would be the only way to keep both the way it is now, and reduce/prevent ahk exploitation of the situation

Or some kind of poison chance on a cospris?? why just why

I'm playing Jorgen's shield crush and it really just isn't fun without seething. It would literally double my DPS according to PoB. I've decided to switch to bonezone until I can finally get one of the buggers to roll right.

Windripper is not all that common. Absolutely not. I have dropped one only like some few times probably. Some leagues not even once. Clearly it drops a lot for people, but for me personally it has NOT dropped all that much.

@@Poskok_ look on trade for any double influenced non corrupted Atziri's Reflection. You can also sort by that unique on poe ninja, sort by dps and you'll likely find some shaped Reflections with perfect explicits. And yes I'm sure.

Before the changes to prophecy, you could chance an atziris mirror and then upgrade it to a reflection, but now atziris reflection is a boss drop only aka non chanceable.

SST with vigilance shield is the most broken build in the league nothing can beat it it has 200mil dps like actual 200mil dps with 100% of uptime i am playing one myself champion SST cold conversion with 200mil dps 100% spell supression 100% ailment avoid 75/75 block 100k evasion 100k armor stun immune and ghost shroud and molten shell and champ ascendy i am invincible i can do any content 100% delirium maps feel like t1 maps to me i can kill uber uber bosses in 3-4 seconds how can you possibly say this is not overpowered build? it literally is thats why those shields cost so much and thats why its so hard to make them

Im playing POE for 10 years now, over 20k hours into the game, this is one of the worst league mechanics ever. Top-3-worst for sure. Very very cool idea to have passive trees on items and be able to change them, had me realy excited before launch, but the implementation is HORRIBLE. 1st and formost the interactions with the mechanic feel terrible. You have to channel like a moron for what feels like 1 minute when mapping, then you have to survive these mobs that somehow do more damage than f*in Uber Bosses. Then you get an unusable passive tree that 1/100 times has a good node. Then, after another 100 maps of getting PTSD from the mechanic, you get another good mod on another item. 80% of the time the nodes on the 2 items you got are in places that cannot even be combined. IF you are that lucky and they are combinable OR you go on trade and find an item that can be combined with yours, you go to the next part: you either roll the dice yet again and pray you get both nodes AND the links between them, with NO brick nodes on their path and neither get downgraded or mutated....OR you spend like 10-20 div to do that safer with imprints. And you have to repeat this whole proccess for all 4-5 nodes you want... Absolutely horrible league. I thought last league was tedious and boring but GGG reaaaaly proved me wrong by releasing a league that is 100 times worse thatn the previous one. I realy thought/hoped that after 2 misses in a row (Kalandra and Sanctum), GGG would hit a home run, but they realy let me down. At this point im basicaly killing time until POE2 comes around cause it seems to me that GGG has realy let the current game devolve into a sh1tshow.
Nah. Those prices are wrong. I sell scours and chance all the time. I sell every scour 0.5 chaos. And it takes some time to sell. Every 8 chance = 1 chaos. 800=80 chaos. 2000 chances= 1 div He sold every scour to you for 1 chaos. Double the price.
The only people who hate the chance orbs are streamers who cant use macros and people who dont use/dont know about macros though. Other people just grab a drink, go for a walk or watch a youtube video and come back to their chanced windripper's/emperor's
the problem isn't getting base windrippers, its getting it with the right crucible trees. Like he said theres a couple thousand on trade you can buy, but you also have to go through the geode to get trees on them. hes chancing because he has the tree already on the white item

You can imprint your item before chancing and then restore it from unique item back to magic so you won't end up with the wrong bow.

The people offering those services do not click those themselves. They use a macro/bot to do it. Very simple to set up actually

Im playing POE for 10 years now, over 20k hours into the game, this is one of the worst league mechanics ever. Top-3-worst for sure. Very very cool idea to have passive trees on items and be able to change them, had me realy excited before launch, but the implementation is HORRIBLE. 1st and formost the interactions with the mechanic feel terrible. You have to channel like a moron for what feels like 1 minute when mapping, then you have to survive these mobs that somehow do more damage than f*in Uber Bosses. Then you get an unusable passive tree that 1/100 times has a good node. Then, after another 100 maps of getting PTSD from the mechanic, you get another good mod on another item. 80% of the time the nodes on the 2 items you got are in places that cannot even be combined. IF you are that lucky and they are combinable OR you go on trade and find an item that can be combined with yours, you go to the next part: you either roll the dice yet again and pray you get both nodes AND the links between them, with NO brick nodes on their path and neither get downgraded or mutated....OR you spend like 10-20 div to do that safer with imprints. And you have to repeat this whole proccess for all 4-5 nodes you want... Absolutely horrible league. I thought last league was tedious and boring but GGG reaaaaly proved me wrong by releasing a league that is 100 times worse thatn the previous one. I realy thought/hoped that after 2 misses in a row (Kalandra and Sanctum), GGG would hit a home run, but they realy let me down. At this point im basicaly killing time until POE2 comes around cause it seems to me that GGG has realy let the current game devolve into a sh1tshow.

The only people who hate the chance orbs are streamers who cant use macros and people who dont use/dont know about macros though. Other people just grab a drink, go for a walk or watch a youtube video and come back to their chanced windripper's/emperor's

the problem isn't getting base windrippers, its getting it with the right crucible trees. Like he said theres a couple thousand on trade you can buy, but you also have to go through the geode to get trees on them. hes chancing because he has the tree already on the white item
