It’s not even Rascal Flats song. The original song was written in 1994 by The Nitty Gritty Dirt Band in 1994. It was then a Cover was done LEGALLY by the Rascal flats in 2004. From the videos I’ve seen on RUclips it looks like RMR has been trying to claim it as their own.
