    The design wasn’t meant for thread locker homie…..good luck getting that off in the future.
    PEOPLE DONT USE THREADLOCKER ON THE COUNTER SHAFT NUT!!!!!
    That’s what the washer behind the nut on the counter shaft was for, it’s supposed to be hammered back into place very very tightly against the counter sprocket nut itself. So the nut doesn’t spin freely, washer will stop it….

    lol damn your rear sprocket was fucked, im going to give it a shot this weekend my parts just came in today. im sure ill be back to let you know how it goes.

      Ya it was a ebay kit I bought for like $40 for front, rear sprocket and green chain. Really cheap quality, never again.

    2007 zxr6 (zzr6) rear spocket bolts are 42. not 52. per manual
    rear axel is manual was 92..
    this is the kawasaki manual revision 2007(year)

    The most nasty way to work. You never want to use old parts your thing is so messed up
