Dont get me wrong, i like MotDA and DLotIK equally but Anos, while definitely very overpowered, is nowhere near approaching Wang Ling levels strength. Admittedly Anos is borderline unstoppable in his world, wang ling is shown to completely break multiple rules of physics numerous times, including existing outside the bounds of spacetime on multiple occasions and rewriting the universe like you said. As far as his universe goes hes just about as close to god as it gets without actually being him
