  • Hey Planner Fam 👋 in today's video I'm giving you my honest review of the Filofax Architexture A5 Organiser. I bought this as my 2022 planner and started using it on January 1st. I've been using it continuously for 2 months now and I'm 'in my planner' EVERY SINGLE DAY!
I hope this video gives you a good idea of how well this type of planner wears with daily use - let me know in the comments...

The Original (my favourite) is a lay-flat. I got rid of my Maldens because the pockets made the front cover sit up. My experience of filofax penloops is that they are very hit-and-miss! And a sheet of heavyish acetate that reaches from the big pocket to the rings sometimes helps stop those indentations. Glad you're enjoying using it!

Love the tip about using acetate, I did wonder about popping something wide in the vertical pockets. Those pen loops are 🤪😆

hi Chloe, I’m very happy of your review because you finally are the one who is explaining perfectly how it works and sizes and a harness review. so please can you tell me some thing that I always ask on there every with you and nobody answers me… How do you write on the left side of the planner? I really love rings and I have three Filofax but the problem with me is that I can’t really write on the left side of the book. I have one mini size and two personals. I was thinking about buying the A5, but they are very expensive and I don’t want to throw away, money again, so please help me because really, I see everyone being so easy on this theme, and nobody explains how to ride on the left side, please help thank you so much

Ciao Giovanni, thanks so much for watching and for your question!
I find writing on the left hand page a challenge in my personal size Filofax too, the A5 is easier. However, my TOP TIP is this: cut slits to the holes!!! That way you can simply remove the page without opening the rings and position it so it is easier to write on - I'll try and film a RUclips Short to show exactly what I mean and how it looks.
I can't remember where I got this tip from but many folks in the planner community do this to solve the problem of writing comfortably and preserving the ring mechanism.
In terms of testing out A5 - you could always try a Filofax ClipBook, they are very reasonable in price. I started with an A5 ClipBook before progressing on to a more expensive cover. What I love most about the ClipBook is that they are designed to 'lay flat' so writing on the left hand page is much easier.
      Happy planning friend

I just bought the marble version of this and I’m so nervous bc I spent $60 on it… I’ve never had a Filofax agenda and I really do hope it’s worth it

The marble one looks gorgeous - I have it in the ClipBook. I was also nervous when I finally clicked the pay now button, but when it arrived I was very happy I did! Moving my inserts, pen and other bits in was very exciting and satisfying ✨
