Due to negligence on regular check the interior condition, it causes serious damage throughout upper and lower floor. Honestly, it is simple to fix the leaking issue by replacing a new inlet ballcock. Highly recommend to put jointing compound (putty) around the hole of tank to bowl which is the most effective method for waterproof.

视频里边的卫生间看起来装修过时间并不太长，怎么明显的漏水就一直不管呢？而且，进水管道布局太差，管道上需要装一个service valve，在漏水维修的时候可以把水关掉。
