    I get the nausea about 10-20 seconds before the hot flash hits. This happens to me about 50% of the time. Then when the hot flash hits I get the urge to urinate.

    Thank you for another helpful video. I never had any real issues in perimenopause except for night sweats. Everything I have now hit me suddenly about a year ago. I’ve been in menopause for 7 years now. I get nauseated after eating. Dizziness, brain fog and depression. I rarely leave my home unless I have to. Even grocery shopping is a huge chore for me. It’s all so terribly depressing. I don’t know if I can stand to live with this to be honest. I’ve tried nearly every suggestion and nothing seems to help much. I guess I have no choice but to keep pushing on and keep trying all of the suggestions. I never dreamed menopause would be so terrible for me .

      I'm sorry to hear that you're still struggling like this. Have you spoken to your doctor at all? It's not quite so common to still get symptoms after all this time; sometimes other health issues can creep in and cause very similar symptoms so it can be confusing. Vitamin D or B12 deficiency, anaemia and underactive thyroid could all cause similar symptoms so your doctor can test for these just to rule them out. If it is any of them, then these can be easily treated.

    I am waking with gas and nausea. It is messing up sleep. The doctor finds nothing, but tells me to control stress.

    I watched this video before but I had never had nausea symptoms until all of a sudden I started having them. Sometimes in the morning or during the day after I eat. I was diagnosed with costochondritis so at times my sternum pain flares up and I eat something than I start with nausea. When is this going to stop? Thank you for the video and for all the videos. They are very helpful and informative. ❤

    I was reading in a book called unlock your menopause type that in menopause … a healthy level of estrogen is 40-70.
    We do need estrogen in our bodies to feel our best and protect us.
    Last time they checked my estradiol level it was

      Very low oestrogen can certainly cause issues and in which case HRT may be advised. However, many women can go through the menopause with low but adequate levels of oestrogen quite healthily. Neither myself nor my close friends had HRT and we are all fit and well!

    How about electrolytes? Sometimes I find myself in need of a couple sips of electrolyte drink to start things on the mend. Thank you for all your knowledge on this.💛💛💛

      I think lemon water helps a little. Also the electrolyte drink helps.

      Yes, it may do and can often be due low bile production affecting fat breakdown. For this the herb Dandelion can often be helpful

      Can menopause affect your blood sugar, meaning drops in blood sugar especially in the morning?

    • @AvogelCoUk
      @AvogelCoUk  7 месяцев назад +1

      @@lori3637 Hi Lori
      Absolutely, this is really common in and post menopause! It can be a combination of dehydration and not eating mid evening.
