Eeek I probably should but I don't really set aside a budget! I used to when we were intensely saving but since we have our big ticket items (house, car etc.), we don't really monitor as much anymore since we have more disposable income than we used to :)

I only associate specific styles with different points in my life. Kg-3rd was straight, and maybe a bit of wide and distressed, and definitely overalls, basically at your parents mercy 24/7. After 3rd/4th grade I only remember wearing flares. In college, It was mostly dark skinny jeans. I had one "wide leg" dark jean that wasn't even super wide that I wore till I got a hole in it. Wasn't really in style but I liked it. 2019ish the straight relaxed cut came back and I guess now we're wearing everything? I don't remember that being the case in the past where everything is in style (except maybe skinny jeans lol?) but so happy it is. Or maybe I'm wrong lol 🤣
@@ChaseAmie luckily somehow I predicted this and got a bunch of new bottoms in all different cuts a few months ago for a steal because why not! I don't think I saw any wide legs though. Basically everything besides the skinny and straight cuts are still sitting in my closet waiting to be worn which is a whole different issue 🤣 I lolled at the flares when trying them on but bought them anyways and now I see this 🙈
