If you are confident enough that all your documents are very strong, then go for it. Else talk to a RCIC Immigration Consultant. Visa refusal wastes a lot of time and are really very demotivating. It is important to apply with a very strong case.
Hi applied for visitor Visa in the month of July but waiting for the result and the date of my travel was in the month of October so my question is will that effect my application or do i need to do something? Thank you in advance
It also depends on the reason that you have listed. If you mentioned that you wanted to visit family or friends then it did not matter much, but on a safer side raise a web form stating that i have postponed my travel dates, as visa timelines are very unpredictable, I will book my tickets after I receive a visa approval.

Could you please provide some guidance if Letter of Support for Compassionate Reason is valid now or it was only applicable during Covid 19 restrictions. My father owns a business in India, what documents can I provide to show he has ties in India? Do we need to provide any letter of explanation or in Invitation letter stating that he will return to India post his visit tenure as to run his business? Will it affect visitor visa approval timeline?
Dear User, You do not need a letter of support for compassionate reasons. However you would have to add an invitation letter from your end. If you have anyone else in Canada, you can add multiple letter of invitation as well. Additionally, prepare a cover letter (on your parent's behalf) and add it on the top of additional documents explaining that they will return back to India because of their home, business, etc. Do add some business documents like bank statement, letter of incorporation, ITR, and also personal account statement, utility bill, insurance, etc. If they own a car in India, you could also add Registration Certificate.
The truth is nobody know who gets visa approval. It’s all about luck. There r lots of getting rejected everyday with very strong background but someone getting visa on very week files.
It depends on a lot of factors. It is better to first come to Canada on Visitor Visa and talk to the employers directly. I have seen many people getting LMIA for free after coming to Canada.
