Thats the biggest problem with this game... to beat hazard 5 you had to get few legendary and rare powerups at start, you had to get autocannon on lvl 5 and you must get piercing overclock at weapon level 6 and you got best power up from drill carepackage or you dont even have a chance. This can be fixed by better balance on weapons or lowering the hp scaling on hazard 4 and 5
Still a new game. These devs are amazing, just give them time
6 months later, they didn't fix it. In fact they added the spawn rate of enemies x3
Minigun just shreds everything once you get pierce/dmg/attack speed on it. You can just stand still and change facing directions. That gun is sick.
overclocks, gold and nitra artefacts dmg is multiplicative while other sources are additive
so this simple rule is almost always right
4% multiplicative > 1% additive
in later stages the gap is even bigger
How do you know what is multiplicative and what is additive?

also, fire rate is multiplicative (unless the tooltip is displaying wrong info), reload is additive, except for turrets ofc

i love this game but i wish you had reroll option for artifacts and overclocks and in general more impactful fun overclocks

The thunderhead (with piercing shots) is probably the best gun in the game. I'm going to be sad when they inevitably nerf it. =(
daily reminder to Dex that you can get double crits when you go over 100% chance
proves that good legendary and epics are sometimes more important than the overclocks
If you get 100% to clip size on mini gun you ALWAYS TAKE THAT. You have no idea how insane that upgrade is. Saying it sucks and taking just the other one is soooooooo bad. The sustained damage is bonkers with it.
I haven’t had any of the lag spikes you are getting. I’m currently working through Hazard 2, so maybe it’s a Hazard 5 thing?
The weapon, overclock, and artifact balance is really not great right now, hopefully they do a rework on some of them to being them up to par.

Since this last update, there is a bug where enemies move really fast. (well i think its a bug) Trying to beat this challenge and having the flying guys coming at you really really fast is literally impossible.
Elite enemies get sped up if they are far away, until they reach a certain distance to the player. Though enemies also get faster when the boss of the stage level is alive and it reads that enemies are getting stronger
Dex, if you did not know. you can glitch the pod exit to obtain unlimited time on a stage

@littleB916 there is a yt video about it. Small guy. But boils down to.. stand on ramp at end, be so that dwarf head is about 2 or so ramp segments below door and spam strafe. If you stood in right it will try to suck you up into pod, but you will go off side. It somehow slots game time for remaining time to get to pod. No elites but waves of little bugs and fliers.
I have had that happen two or three times but never figured out how it triggers. What is happening?

I once had 31 k dps on autocanon hazard 5. For me its the best weapon in the game
