Thank you so much for. Question. I am using Generative AI Fill to create photos to post on my RUclips Community pages. Is that ok? Or would I need to give credit? I have some photos I created that are fully AI Generated, and I have photos that I have edited. Either way, I do not profit from my community posts on YT and was just curious If I can post the photos/edits on my community?
This was officially released Sep 13, 2023 so you can now use it for commercial use. See helpx.adobe.com/in/photoshop/using/whats-new-cn/2024-releases.html
What if you generate an additional image, but decide not to use it ... the AI used tag still remained ... even tho I decided against it ... any thoughts ? ... I tried to find something online ... nothing came up
Great question. The onus is on the who posts the image, and on what platform. For instance, with realtors, some of their MLSs may require wording on the image like "Concept Image". Other platforms, including RUclips, are also asking creatives to state whether something was generated by AI. I'm sure this will become further enforced over time.
Hi Nathan...Thanks for taking the time to explore this issue!
My pleasure!
The PhotoScholar does it again. Thank you!
Thank you Brian!

Thanks for clarifying the murky lines. Do you know if Adobe has moved towards allowing commercial use of the beta yet?

Do you need to declare publically that you have used generative AI, if it has only been used for removing cars or road signs etc?

but how would someone know how much AI was used on an image (0-100%)? Would we need a recording of our editing process?
Hey Nathan, can you direct me to the video with the client check list? I came across it in one of your videos years ago and I cannot find it now.
It's on my website, feel free to grab it any time.
@@NathanCoolPhoto thanks 😊
Oh my, any professor would be giving you an A+ on this “homework” assignment! Thanks for sharing your research!
