My worry with the dark side is really just language. How difficult is everyday communication like buying food, shopping, laundry, etc. for a non-Thai speaker? More touristy areas are more expensive but the Thais are used to dealing with language issues.

Great to see Brian. Good place!!
Thank you. 👍
My worry with the dark side is really just language. How difficult is everyday communication like buying food, shopping, laundry, etc. for a non-Thai speaker? More touristy areas are more expensive but the Thais are used to dealing with language issues.
Hello. Even on the darkside I did not find any issues with language. As long as you talk in broken English and not try in depth conversation you will be ok. I don't think you will have a problem.
@@fromoneendofthailand i agree----no in-depth approaches....BUT
for those locals who are interested in improving their English, you are providing a huge disservice by speaking "broken" English !
@@alexreik424 I would love to exchange language practice with a Thai.
@@Surfbird11 There are plenty of ladies who would be willing to practice language with (and men too, for those so inclined)
My issue is transport into pattaya and jomtien...as walking long distances and stairs etc ...is a concern for me ...can you please advise me on that ..chokdi
How much baht does the landlord charge for daily, weekly and monthly motorbike rental?
2000 baht per month. I am going there today to make a follow up video and Brian will answer more questions.
Hi how far from the beech
Hi Billy. There is a map link in the description that may help. The further from the beach, the cheaper the rental prices become.
Could you please contact Brian , as I would like to rent a unit from Nov1/24 for a couple of months. Thank you John Graham
Hello. Brian's contact details and in the description.
Hi thanks for sharing, are the room only long term or can you do a month ?
They can do one month.
How and where would you find out about renting one of Brian’s rooms?
The phone number is in the video and in the description. Thanks.
I feel bad for asking this and yet it seems necessary. Was there a reason that I missed for not showing the 130 per month room indicated in the title of your vid?
Hi William. Unfortunately, those smaller rooms were occupied. I briefly showed through the window of room 22, which is 5500 per month.
is Viewdee Guest Friendly???
Yes.
I've seen 2 videos about this place but have only seen men that stay there. Do women stay there as well??
Yes, mainly Thai women with their partners.
Happy Birthday pal one of my childhood heroes Appts look amazing and very tempting ,why is it called the Darkside ?
Once there were no street lights.
Best ... near soi bongkot, aruna thai
wondering how we can head to beach road from here
I used to take a motorbike taxi to Sukhumvit Road, cross the footbridge and then pick up the baht bus to Beach Road. Although, now there's a cheap taxi service called Bolt that would take you for about 80-100 baht.
@@fromoneendofthailand thanks for the info
Nice pool fantastic price ..
Not bad at all. 😎
It looks a good place ,but i would prefer to pay maybe B1500 extra to be near the beach (current rates ) in Jomtien.
Hi Anthony. That's a fair comment. There are some good deals around at the moment. View Dee only take a 2000 deposit where in Jomtien you might have to pay one month's deposit and two months in advance. I should have mentioned this in the video.
That is amazing
Please help me with information about this place name and information
Hi. All information is in the description and in the video. Thanks. 🙏
I'd get a place there as i think Brian is a brilliant man. But the noise of the chickens would drive me crazy.
Hey how to book? 😊
Hello. Phone number is in the video. Thanks :)
Very nice room for 5.5THB. I'm going to buy 10-20 condo's in Grand Solaire so if you want we can meet. GS will be finished in 2025 and will be the most luxurious condo of all Pattaya
Can't be very safe if there's bars on the windows??
Good vid..month to month?
Thank you. Yes, there's no contract.
