I only 14 years old...but I want to learn about sewings, fabric and all about fashion...I want to make my own company when I grow up thank to you and the other..😊
Thank you! This was so detailed! Would love to see more pattern adjustment videos from you as for me it's the biggest challenge now, I'm just beginning to make my own clothes using patterns that I can't find the right size and fit
Awwww thank you! You are not alone! As a Fashion designer I would always feel embarass to show my clients their bodices, with a lot of gapings. Anyway Thank you for your sweet comment! ❤️
This is an old tutorial, I have a new video that talks about the contour for the neckline. You can check it out! 😇 ruclips.net/video/Ypp-rLlDpRE/видео.html
Oh yes I have that book! It’s a bit complicated though. But I will try next time! I’ll try to simplify it. The instructions are a bit complicated with that one unlike Helen Joseph. But I heard that the fit is better.
@@LAMODÉLISTE i agree, the instructions are a bit more complicated. i've been trying to understand it for days now, because i've heard the same thing about the bodice having a really nice fit. thank you so much. your video would help me alot
@@breannadavis1581 I’ll try to my very best with Lo’s technique I’ll keep you posted! Reading and following his technique is like deciphering a code! I’m glad I am not alone hahah
Hey there I hope it’s yet too late but I will release a video about the Dennis Chunman Lo’s technique sometime this week! I hope you’ll be able to watch it!

Hello after this change do we have to change the sleeves too…??? Please
Hello Ma'am,do I have to make these alterations after drafting any bodice? I.e before transferring my pattern to fabric?
Did you open the side and shoulder seams and rework everything?
Remarkable,,,👍👍👍👍💋💋💋💋
can you do a tutorial for the dennic chunman's patternmaking bodice?

Sorry..may I ask.. meaning that is this a must step after doing basic bodice pattern?
Or will it depends on a person body?
Hi yes! It is also important to know how to alter your own patterns when there’s something wrong in it, or there are gapings on the armhole, etc...
@@LAMODÉLISTE thank you..may I ask..the back gaping..do we need to do it..my bodice is exactly like this
@@shafiahaqilah if you have gaping in the back armhole do the exact way as the front.
👍👍
👍👌
what if it is a long bodice kind of a dress, then the shape of the dart is gonna look weird?

I dont know if it just me, but once i heard your voice, it sounds like flight attendant 😊
