    Bushnell falcon 10 50 are the best binoculars I've ever used and I can watch the moon and stars with them 😂These Bushnell are very old and has surprisingly clear visions. I have to say I paid 13.50 for them on ebay and they are worth way more than that 😊

    You left out something very important. The Vortex VIP warranty. It tips the balance against all the other binoculars. Lifetime, no questions asked, transferable warranty. I have had occasion to use it twice. Once on a Diamondback 3x9x40 scope. Left my rifle case on my tailgate when i left the gun range. Case fell off at 55mph. Scope and rifle destroyed. Sept 2012. Called Vortex. They rmailed me a shipping label. I was honest about what happened. The woman said "ok send it in." Ten days later, not business days, consecutive, I had a brand new scope. I have since sold all my Leupolds. Second time was a pair of Viper HD binos, last year. Thieves broke into my storage unit, stole stuff, for some reason threw my Vortex Viper binos repeatedly on the concrete. Called Vortex, replaced in 16 days, no questions asked. $600 binos. Customer for life.
    After three times experiencing Leupold limited, non transferable, 2 year "warranty," Leupold lost my business forever. And you know what? Vortex has never let me down, and buying one scope or one bino from them is buying it for the life of the company. Free replacements. Completely worth the little issues you run into with all optics.

    • @TheBudgetSportsman
      @TheBudgetSportsman  4 года назад +2

      I actually left it out intentionally since I have no experience with the warranties from any of these companies. I have always heard wonderful things about the VIP warranty from vortex, but several of the companies also claim to have wonderful warranties. Since I have not used the warranties for ANY of these companies I couldn't say for sure if these companies actually stand behind their warranties. Thanks for your feedback, it confirms what I have always heard about vortex...which happens to be the pair I kept when I was finished with this review.

    • @scbane
      @scbane 4 года назад +3

      @@TheBudgetSportsman I can see that. My preference is Vortex based on my personal experience. No one else in their price ranges offers the number of options, and relative quality with a lifetime, transferable warranty.
      If I bought an $800 dollar Leupold, I might be screwed if something went wrong. Would definitely be screwed if it was my fault. Would much rather spend $600 on a very comparable scope, and know that no matter what goes wrong, it will be replaced. Not happy that Vortex is made in China, but it is what it is.
      Oh and I appreciate your ethical approach, of not claiming anything without personal experience. Too many channels are all "he said, she said," pushing sponsored products that are literal trash.

    I think this was a great video.. I would like to add one aspect which I think is important is that vortex and the leupold have amazing warranty!! I had the Nikons while I thought they had awesome image quality the prism broke on mine. But since they were out of warranty Nikon would not help. I purchased the McKenzie. Both vortex and leupold have lifetime no questions ask warranty. For having binoculars for hunting I think that is super important!

    • @TheBudgetSportsman
      @TheBudgetSportsman  5 месяцев назад +1

      Yes that is an important point. I considered including that in this video but it’s tough to review a warranty without actually dealing with a warranty claim and seeing how the company handles it.

      I’ve only tried the legend e in a store. I haven’t been able to use them in the woods, but I liked them with my limited experience with them. Definitely seemed like a good buy. If my budget was a little larger I might have included them in this video. I certainly think they are of higher quality than my previous bushnell binos that were junk
