How To Adjust Coilovers (ST XA) // QuickLap

If you are interested in getting coilers but are concerned with how difficult it might be to adjust them (like me), this video should help show how easy it is. I adjust the ST XA coilovers made by ST Suspension (from KW) on my 2004 Mini Cooper S R53.
If you can afford them rather than regular springs then go for it.

Good confort?? And sport? Recomended this kit for used in mini jcw 210kompresor year 2005,this moment the car have standard suspension with packet sport plus.

@quicklap do you think that suspension are good enough for some track day and for street sport use??? Are they comfortable??

Hello. I have used them on track and they perform just fine. I was being cautious as I had done my own adjustments but it felt good. Feels stable and on the road it doesn’t feel any less comfortable than the standard suspension to be honest. On track it’s a little difficult to judge fully as I didn’t have a sports seat. However, I do have a sports seat now so I’ll be able to judge suspension a bit better this year.

Thank you very much for fast responding! I'm watching to buy the same setup on my car and i will use the car 90% on mountain road and 10% on track! If is better than original i think that i will buy this setup with adjustable top mount!
