    Good luck making sense of this world. I cannot find a job either because I can only work during the time my son is in school because he has special needs and daycare has not been stable for us. I feel like lying and just not showing up on the weekend…I’ll have to do something soon!

      I hope your situation turns around soon!! I'm sure you already have, but have you looked into ride sharing, food delivery, remote jobs, house sitting, dog walking, working in a school, or government programs for your specific situation?

    This may be kind of "uplifting": At least you're not in your 60s, fired for being "too old" after nearly 10 years, and still looking for work after 10 months! Welcome to my world. Thank goodness I've always been a pet sitter on the side!!!
    On the positive tip, your 1st pro - getting chores done - is a game changer! It makes me realize my life's goal should have been "housewife", as in someone who's *married to the house* ! 😄 I discovered I love having actual time to make my home "magazine ready"! Good tip about budgeting and keeping your spirits up! Do more videos!

      Ugh, your comment! I swear I have this exact fear because I witnessed this happening at my previous place of employment. Even though the work environment was pretty healthy, they definitely showed underlying ageism. I'm so sorry you experienced that!! I hope that you find something both fulfilling and sustainable.

    Hi,just came across ur video,im in the same boat,i'm a nurse,i'm struggling to find a decent job for the past 2 years going on 3.now i got a job from the agency now they telling me they're slow.i've been home experiencing same as u.i enjoy the free time,to do things i never have time to do,like foing to the 🏋️‍♀️ gym,spend time in nature with my children,trying to do low budget activities.I can tell these employees are not hiring,I applied to hundreds of applications,nothing.its weird, i don't know why putting up job listing if they are not hiring,it's messing with my mental health also,with morgage ,mids to care for and all the other bills.

      I'm so sorry. I'm also shocked as your position is essential to society. We need healthcare providers! I really hope things get better for you soon😊

      @kimtheintrovert4790 aww thank you,it's essential to have healthcare workers, but these greedy ppl who only care about money 💰 don't see it that way, there's a shortage of nurses,but they are not hiring,make it make sense.They rather hire less skillful ppl so they can save money.

    Hi, open yourself to the "so called" degrading jobs like cleaning, warehouse jobs, farm work.

    • @MK-hh1vo
      @MK-hh1vo 7 месяцев назад

      Those aren't "degrading" jobs. But depending on your physical health and past experience, those jobs aren't necessarily open to you. I don't have experience in any of those fields so they don't want me vs the 100s of people who know how to do those things.

      I don't find those jobs degrading, they are VERY much essential. However, I'm not comfortable doing jobs within those fields. I appreciate the suggestion ,though!
