I tried the chickpeas and the family loved them (chilli lime and cinnamon sugar). Nice cheaper alternative to flavored nuts thanks! I'll be trying them in a salad next week too or maybe as a crouton alternative
I love the idea of having it in a salad. It’s a great idea for meal prep, store them in a jar and top them on the salad when ready. I’m doing this from now on.

You can get Cut Resistant Gloves that you can use with your slicer. Walmart pair under $10. Also the thing you used to keep the apple slices down is called a trivet and would have been better upside down. I'm enjoying this My Forking Life marathon that came on when I found your channel.
I’m a spicy 🌶 pepper fan! I make bacon wrapped Jalapeños stuffed with a cream cheese/shredded Mexican blend queso for Zoom Quarantini HHs with friends. Scoop the seeds, inner membrane out for less kick! 😎
