What a heavenly place the back ground will take your breath away Dave your spot on shooting those birds only wish I where shooting beside you thanks for a epic show again
The amount of positive comments say it all. Really impressed with the skill of your loader, that alone is a pleasure to watch. Great shooting, great scenery, great show.
Holy smoke Dave they looked like flying aspirins, the lead involved!!!. You are a master of your craft. Scenery was stunning but also the back ground story of struggling land use and justifying our sports many benefits. Also the camera man can take a bow superb work. Loved this all the best to you and family Dave. Regards Tony Ashton

Hi Dave I’m a Young game keeper , keep up the good vids I’m so sad seasons over not as many videos and no more shooting I love it and I’m 13 but I think more kids need to get out and try it good luck Dave thanks for your time
What a fantastic shoot Dave, you've out-done yourself with this one. Superb camera work in a sublimely beautiful venue. Some of those birds that you shot in that flurry around the 12 minute mark were so high up there that they are probably still falling as I type this! Thanks and best regards as always.
@@DaveCarrieShooting Dave, I'd really to be sorry to hear this is your last one. On a personal note, I hope all is well with you health-wise and I can understand the constraints of time, energy and expense involved with putting these videos together, but based on the comments of your loyal viewers, I'm positive you will be missed. In my estimation, your films are the high point of the many British shooting videos on YT and I think that they exemplify the sport that we love on both sides of the Atlantic. As an old guy like yourself who has been doing it for many, many years, please know that I have appreciated your style and outstanding shooting. However it goes (although I sincerely hope there will be more), be assured that I have truly enjoyed each and every one of them. Thank you, cheers and best regards as always, Ed N.
Well done Dave, great shooting and a great video as always. Thanks for all you do for the sport. P.S. Not related to this video - but I’ve just listened to your feature on The Country Gent Podcast and thoroughly enjoyed it, I’m from a small village next to the Wentworth estate so it was very entertaining for me!
Amazing video as always makes me want to leave everything behind and go hunting in this amazing country of yours Technical questions: ○ cartridges used (powder/shot if possible) ○ barrel length/chokes used Thank you for your videos they make my day👍👍
May I suggest that shooting videos such as this incorporate a photo of the people involved in the day. Pixel their faces out if they dont want to be identified of course. People who have not appreciated our sport. May well appreciate the amount of people involved to put a day on. From the people in the background right through to the working gundogs. We must start to show how.many.people are involved in keeping our countryside the way it is from the shooting community. Great shooting Dave by the way!!
Another fantastic video Dave! I fancy myself as fairly automatic on upland birds here in the States but your high crossing shots are just incredible! This estate is also magnificent. And the owner's kid is loading for you as well. Good stuff! They get it. True sportsmen.
Mr Carrie one word for this video Unbelievable !!! Really enjoyed this one . Looks like you treated yourself to a new couple of guns 🤔. Shame I missed you last week at the British shooting show ☹️ . All the best to you and your family . Darell
Dave as usual another phenomenal video, very jealous as an American that I can’t get to experience this on a routine basis. I do have a question that’s completely off topic - I see multiple Rovers. Here in the states they are horrendous to own. Your opinion on them in your home country ?
Fantastic viewing again David! I know you’ve probably been asked this many times, but you move the gun through the birds very quickly. Is that ‘just your style’ or is there another reason for it? Thanks again.
Looks like the lead ban is coming Dave, personally I think it will ruin this sort of shooting and it’s another step by the shooting world of bowing down to pressure from others. What’s your take on it. Robin
Hi Robin We have been sold down the river, this will affect all facets of shooting, rushed and pushed forward by a cartridge company and a couple of our Organisations before even the government as banned it !!!! Absolutely ridiculous
Completely agree with you both . I worry my young sons won't get to sample what we have , although I have bought a 28 bore for them to get started with . Many thanks to you Dave for all your hard work promoting shooting and conservation . Look forward to your next video 👍
Dave Carrie Shooting unfortunately it will lead to a lot more wounded birds which is not good. I’ve been using steel for a long time now on the foreshore and there’s no denying it can kill and to a half decent range but it is absolutely no match for lead. Lead will transfer the power into the bird where steel retains the power and just passes through. Basc ca etc etc seemed to of just not bothered. May be time to overstock yourself with lead in a couple of years.🤷🏻♂️
One of your best Dave and I have to say a pleasure to watch that young man load .
Was just about to say the same. Great to watch someone who knows what they are doing.
He’s a great loader

Neil Crowther - I’ve got plenty of films where everyone gets in
I'm going to have to get flexible for these types of shoots. I'd swear Dave was almost bending over backwards while following the birds overhead.
mchughcb - needs must!!
