I’ve been super happy with my iPhone 12 Pro Max. Several years ago I cautiously switched over from traveling with my large Nikon digital camera to just using my iphone camera and I couldn’t be happier. If I ever travel specifically for photography then I’ll take my Nikon, but the freedom of not having to lug the large camera equipment is wonderful. I even invested in an online iphone photography class to ensure I understood how to capture the best photos and videos that I possibly can with my iphone. Totally worth the investment. the fact that you guys use what you use for your vlog makes me totally happy!
Aww thank you! We also used to have a Nikon but the bulk and weight were just too much, plus iPhone cameras have dramatically improved in quality! Glad you think our videos are still quality enough, even with the iPhone 🙂
I love that rucksack! I’m pleased to say that I have some of the stuff that you gave me- like the rode mic, the anker charger and an iPhone - I currently have the 13 pro which takes great photos and video (but currently won’t connect to my mic 🤦♂️) Lots of my serious RUclips friends swear by the dji osmo pocket and a couple have got the 3 which they love. (Certainly beats a big DSLR type doesn’t it?)
Thanks for the info, it is helpful for me to simplify what I bring on my travel while also working remotely. It is very difficult to find the best pouch to accommodate all the gadgets, but your video helps. thanks
Yey! Another iPhone mini user! I've never known anyone else but myself choose the mini lol. I got the iPhone 13 mini earlier this year. It was my upgrade from the iPhone 7 so I noticed a MASSIVE difference. Going to check out Holafly too, thanks!!
Jenny, that’s awesome that you use the iPhone mini too! We bought an iPhone 11 (our very first iPhone) and love it but it’s pretty bulky. So that’s why we went with the mini! And Holafly is fantastic, we hope you find it helpful too (if your Orange plan doesn’t extend to Switzerland).
I recommend using Google Fi as your phone carrier if your home base is United States. Use their plan that includes international travel and you are good to go in most countries automatically for calls and data, and you have a hot spot as well.
