Technics RS-M228X deck overview and teardown

We got this Technics RS-M228X together with some metal MA-110 cassette. I do believe that at this momemnt 3x MA110 cost more then this cassette deck :D
We do deck overview and teardown to see what is inside and checking if it works fine !
Also performing a little tuneup !

Any idea how to slow these down? I can't find any new capstans, and I do suspect it *is* a faulty capstan. Do I adjust motor or is there a potentiometer I can adjust?

@@InsideOutElectronics Just a tiny amount, maybe 1.25x or 1.5x. I'm thinking it's either resistance to the motor, the motor speed, or the capstan, as it's still very clean and bassy, just sped up. I record everything on either TDK D or SA, or RTM C
