I use baking soda mix with Aloa gel - instead of water, and it works wonders!!!! Keep in mind for years I’ve gotten professional facials and microdermabrasion, and to be honest, nothing works better than my baking soda and aloe mixed together.

I’ve used it very very sparingly and gently mixed with some cleanser that suits my skin. At 61 my skin is getting better and better after stopping using daily makeup now that I’m retired and dont need “front office appearance” anymore 🤩
I think I have been a little too aggressive with my baking soda. Stung when I did my toners tonight. But I know it is helping remove those old layers. My chest is particularly tender. I applied my Monistat and MOM and hope it settles down by morning. I appreciate you so much Lisa. Love the products.

Just discovered your channel and its great I have always used baking soda on my hands and face and I have no wrinkles at 67 I do have sagging and crepey upper arms so I have started microneedling monthly and lotion two x a day. Results are immediate but I haven't been doing it long enough to tell if it matters long term.

Skin is actually swollen and damaged skin and you keep chasing that look. However, if you feel it’s working for you that is all that matters just please be mindful.. many of the people showing you how to do that have no practical knowledge of skin or they have actually had several procedures done to their face. This can be from bad skin care products, bad sunscreen or foundation and concealer or even the water in your home. Because of this the skin thickens and calluses to protect itself, locking in old damaged layers and bacteria a fungus. You were purging which is very normal. Did you wear milk of magnesia or revitalizing rescue mask to bed at night? Did you make sure not to mix any other skin care products with Peaches? No sunscreen until you reset your skin? Baking soda does not bleach the skin. It is recommended to mix it equally with lemon and olive oil and put some of it on the dark spot for about 15 to 20 minutes. Avoid exposing your skin to the sun right after.
I am loving my cleanser and moisturizer! I'm going to order the exfoliator and perfecting polish next. Can I use Arm & Hammer baking soda? So happy I found you! I have always used baking soda on my hands and face and I have no wrinkles at 67
I do have sagging and crepey upper arms so I have started microneedling monthly and lotion two x a day. Results are immediate but I haven't been doing it long enough to tell if it matters long term.

I do not believe in microneedling. We see bacterial and fungal infections and track marks and what you think is collagen or healthy. Skin is actually swollen and damaged skin and you keep chasing that look. However, if you feel it’s working for you that is all that matters just please be mindful.. many of the people showing you how to do that have no practical knowledge of skin or they have actually had several procedures done to their face. You can always count on me to be truthful and it almost 59 years old, I have done nothing to my face, but I practice what I preach.🧡🙌🏼🍑Lisa

Oh, dear. I’m afraid I misunderstood one of your other videos and I started using baking soda twice a day after my face wash! I’ve been doing this for almost a month but honestly my skin has never felt better. I follow that with apple cider vinegar and toner then caster oil. Can you tell me what happens if one overdoes the baking soda like I have?

It sounds like you have activated the fungus that is natural to your skin. This happens from bad skin care products, bad sunscreen, foundation and concealer, and even the water in our home. Obviously I would want to put you on a skin care routine, however, you can also do apple cider vinegar dilluted and monistat 7 in the purple box. you would apply them sept morning and night after exfoliating gently and cleansing and you should start to see it go away however, if you’re on a bad skin care routine, it will keep coming back.

If you watch me, you will learn that we do most of our damage by early 20s. This can be from bad skin care products, bad sunscreen or foundation and concealer or even the water in your home. Because of this the skin thickens and calluses to protect itself, locking in old damaged layers and bacteria a fungus. You were purging which is very normal. Did you wear milk of magnesia or revitalizing rescue mask to bed at night? Did you make sure not to mix any other skin care products with Peaches? No sunscreen until you reset your skin? No foundation or concealer?

I don’t know that it bleaches as much as gets rid of thick old skin gently and effectively I wouldn’t want to bleach someone’s skin. Baking soda does not bleach the skin. It is recommended to mix it equally with lemon and olive oil and put some of it on the dark spot for about 15 to 20 minutes. Avoid exposing your skin to the sun right after.
I am loving my cleanser and moisturizer! I'm going to order the exfoliator and perfecting polish next. Can I use Arm & Hammer baking soda? So happy I found you! Also, I am taking Apple Cider Vinegar pills from Costco thanks to your advice. Can I skip the toner because of this? If not, can I just use apple cider vinegar from the jar on my face?
