    최고로 맛있는 식빵이에요. 겉은 크루와상처럼 앏고 바삭하고 속은 촉촉 쫄깃

    Thank you the recipe, it looks amazing. Just one question, are you using convection or grill in your oven?

      Hello, I didn't show how I make the tangzhong or the sweet stiff starter here. There's a separate video for the starter though.

      Perhaps I'll make a separate video on how to make tangzhong 😅

    Is this bread too sweet?

    • @lilyartisan

      Not at all. Recipe is for 2 loaves. Having said that, you can always omit sugar 😊

    This looks incredible, thank you so much for sharing your formula!
    I haven't seen any other milkbread formulas which contain sweetened condensed milk; and I wondered if you would mind explaining the reason for its inclusion?
    I ask because this is an ingredient I rarely stock in my kitchen..: Do you think you could achieve a similair result by replacing it with additional sugar+milk+powdered milk?

    • @lilyartisan
      @lilyartisan  2 года назад +1

      It's for flavour and extra softness. You can replace it with whipping cream if you don't have any ☺️
