@@elliotkim2349 I'm not sure I understand you. Can you be more specific? The stiff starter and the tangzhong are made separately. Then they are mixed together with other ingredients during mixing
This looks incredible, thank you so much for sharing your formula! I haven't seen any other milkbread formulas which contain sweetened condensed milk; and I wondered if you would mind explaining the reason for its inclusion? I ask because this is an ingredient I rarely stock in my kitchen..: Do you think you could achieve a similair result by replacing it with additional sugar+milk+powdered milk?
최고로 맛있는 식빵이에요. 겉은 크루와상처럼 앏고 바삭하고 속은 촉촉 쫄깃
Thank you for your tutorial and recipes
Thank you the recipe, it looks amazing. Just one question, are you using convection or grill in your oven?
Hello and thank you. I use convection for even browning
Do you hear the tangzhong? I looked it up and everything found said it is to be heated, but I did t see that here so checking. Thank you!!!
Hello, I didn't show how I make the tangzhong or the sweet stiff starter here. There's a separate video for the starter though.
Perhaps I'll make a separate video on how to make tangzhong 😅
Hi lily, can I leave out the Condensed milk in the recipe? What can it be replaced with? Thanks for the lovely recipe!
Hello, for sure! You can use heavy cream / whipping cream 😊

Is this bread too sweet?
Not at all. Recipe is for 2 loaves. Having said that, you can always omit sugar 😊

It's for flavour and extra softness. You can replace it with whipping cream if you don't have any ☺️
Will try this, thanks again!
