Using Airpods 2 on my Oneplus 7 Pro. Works fine, got the google assistant to work consistently which is nice. Double tap works for picking up calls and hanging up, along with pausing and resuming music. I got airpods because they sit on the outside of your ear canal not IN it.

I wanted Play/pause, so this app worked. But I can't separate the two airpods anymore with gestures, which kinda sucks. Tapping any of them does the same. But double tap - Play/pause and quad tap - next song is my setup now. Cheers!

So i did some research online and apparently im not alone..it was suggested to try on some apple earpods.. so i tried on my wifes wired earpods that came with here phone and wtf! they fit me perfectly... i always thought they looked so uncomforatble but never tried them. Dude its crazy. it mentioned something about having a narrow ear canal.

I have it too and I have to make a doctors appointment every few months to get them cleaned up as I naturally build more wax and there's nothing I can do about it. Using Q-tips only pushes it deeper. For this reason I'll never buy any ear pods that you have to push inside your ear, I think its disgusting too. Airpods (non-pro) is the way to go

I just bought a Samsung galaxy s10 e and I just bought my first pair of apple airpods and I watched this whole video start from finish and this video really helped me out how to get started thank you so much.
U know when u use airpods on android you still get the double tap on the right to skip track and double tap on left to rewind back a song the only thing and literaly the only thing you dont get is the ability for your airpods to stop when you take them out. Everything else works axept for that one feature just had to get that out there. Edit: even without that app you still get the double tap feature

Go into bluetooth setting and go to advanced, then toggle the media volume sync and see if that helps.
