Edit: People just clear up, I have a job. Don't forget that money is the time you were at your job converted to paper so in my case I make minimum wage (in my country its 600€)and its pretty common because I'm 21 and in college so if I pay 170€ for airpods im paying more than a week worth of work for earphones and I don't think it's worth it, I know I could save up to buy them or get credit but I think it's a ridiculous luxury for my situation and for a lot of other people too
Edit again: Never thought this would have such a discussion but im happy to report that after 1 year i finished college and bought my EarPods pro, still stand for what i said, if is a luxury and I Can’t afford it im not gonna buy something that leaves me in a bad financial situation, just because i want it

Me!! but these cheap headphones just don't work anymore! The one that came with my phone (s9)had crackling and weird sound after only 6 months :( & my Jaybirds only lasted 1 yr (which is the warranty)at least these have a 4 yr warranty on amazon... but they're not available for 1-2 months lol...so $15-40 every 6 months or $150 for 4 years...electronics aren't built to last

If you feel like the Samsung Galaxy Buds don't fit right, you're probably wearing the wrong size ear tips and/or wing tips. You get three different sizes with the buds.
With size do you mean the interchangeable things that come with the galaxy buds or size like clothes? I have the icon x and i never felt comfortable with them, i can hear every movement i make when running or just moving my head, and i don't mean the function of ambient audio :(

You don't get the point. The point was that the galaxy buds have separate audio from the phone. So you need to Max out the buds first and then the phone to truly have max volume. Because people said that the buds are very quiet.

Yes, because there's more to a product than mere features. The feel, sadly we've all been acting like machines lately comparing just the features and not what the product feels like in hands, in this case, the ears.
The Samsung buds have a better fit than the air pods, there's no arguing about that. They stay in your ears better, don't fall out as easy, better noise isolation and they fit alot more ears than the air pods, the air pods rely on a hook in the ear to stay in which a lot of people don't have. The only upper hand the air pods have is that they're easier to put in and are lighter.
T.Alie i think its a tie here. the buds won featurewise, but do not underestimate the feel u get when using airpods, it is very comfortable. The best wireless earphone would be the combination of both of them
@@saxert Now that I can agree on that to some degree. no I don't own any of them so I don't really know how great the comfortability of those pods are (seems a bit exaggerated honestly), but I have tried them from friends, but just based of what a lot of RUclipsrs are saying and my short time with both of them, it seems to me the buds are a better choice.

Ambient sound is one of the key things for me, I think it's super essential to be able to hear what's around you
Personally I’d choose the galaxy buds the design is more for me because AirPods slip out too fast and sound wise they have more clarity but let’s be real wired headphones are better
@DElectrix there are wired over ear that are better than any Bluetooth one at the moment, but those headphones are expensive as hell.... For most people a good par of Bluetooth headphones will be good enough (That doesn't mean we don't need to have a headphone jack though)

The fit is perfect for my ears I actually fell asleep with these and forgot to take them off the noise cancelling is good if you want to a good night sleep if you don't have work or school on certain days. Also when I opened them they connected to my S10 right away no issues. People say these are good for all android but no it's not called an android earbud it's called a galaxy bud because it is meant for a galaxy phone.

I always hated the headphone that came with apple products. It's very uncomfortable for my ears
I have no idea what the appeal is for that kind of fit. It barely sits in your ear and fails to deliver a good bass.

When they fit, you barely even notice the Airpods are in your ears.
apple has hard plastic and it is horrible. I like how they are built on speaker yet the hard plastic hurts.

The fit is much better, the seal is much better and they don't fall out of your ear. The people who prefer the airpods seem to be few snd far between, because they have the rare ears that those things actually fit in. Like i said people i always hated apple earbuds. I felt like my ears were getting stabed. I have earbuds similar to the galaxy buds and they are much much more comfortable

He forgot to mention a few things but a big one for me (besides everything else) that makes galaxy buds better is that galaxy buds are also ipx2 certified which means they are water and sweat resistant. Air pods are NOT.
Tight fit + ipx2 means they will be a good choice for working out. Which means a lot for fitness users.

I got today my galaxy earbuds and i gotta say, they look and sound amazing. I don't even use them on max volume cause i think that's too much for my ears. But one thing I gotta say, is that the bass boost is quite underwhelming(under-performing?). Don't get me wrong, i don't even care that much for strong bass in my music, but for someone who loves bass they gotta know about this. I am using them on Galaxy s10+ along with Samsung Wearable app, so i guess i tried best possible way to test them so far!

Teo Al for me, it is worth buying, because tbh, airpods doesn’t sound that great either, it just you’re paying more for a simplicity of using it, other than that, airpods doesn’t have great seal and doesn’t fit it everyone’s ear, for someone like me, who have small ear canal, it hurts after 1 hour of use, so seeing samsung going for in-ear headphones, is a relieve
