Actually when it was updating I clicked done before it is updated at 8:14 sec and my iPad switched on without updating but in PC it shows it is updating what I need to do

@@mateen_l7630 I just tried and followed the steps to upgrade my ipad mini 2's iOS from 9 to 12 with both on my device (Mac and windows). At first, it doesn't when i use iTunes in my Mac, so i tried with my Windows's iTunes. It's finally works. Hope yours too :)

hello when i try to update it says ''there are purchased item on your ipad, that have not been transfered to your itunes library. you should transfer these items to your itunes library before updating this ipad. Are you sure you want to continue?'' and when i press continue then it just feels like nothing happens and my update doesnt start
