Pitched up here to celebrate my 50th with a few good friends and my 21 year old son. Took me back and gave the second generation a taste of how good it used to be. Top people, top night, no attitude and certainly no spectators. To every one we met thanks for the smiles. Be lucky. Enjoy.

Great comment to here. I was to scared to buy a ticket because i am slightly over 50 now and i thought it was the next generation listening to the great sounds from our era. Thought i would stand out a bit in a younger crowd. Guess i was wrong. Maybe next time. Don't half miss them days.

@@johnwilton364 Such a shame you didn't go! There were a number of youngsters there but there were definitely a lot of +45s. Hopefully they will do another one. Remember this - You don't stop dancing because you get old, you get old because you stop dancing!
