Hey Ryan! I agree with everything you said, especially about Epcot losing its essence (I’ve never been there but that’s the feeling I get, too… once I get to go the park won’t be the one I’ve always wanted to visit…oh well…).
From your video, everything looks exactly the same as in Walt Disney Studios Park in Paris, even the boring corridors for the queue. The only difference I see is that we have a real restaurant at the end that you can see from the unloading area.
Ps. Ratatouille is delicious!
Hey Nora, thanks for watching! I love and miss classic Epcot Center (Maelstrom, Food Rocks, the original Test Track, Ellen, etc.) and wish I could've been around to experience favorites like Horizons, the original Figment, and World of Motion. However, I hope you still enjoy Epcot when you do get to visit it for the first time!
I'm very surprised that Disney made the decision to keep the queues so bare, especially if people visiting Disneyland Paris have the same feedback about it...🤔 but oh my gosh you guys have a RESTAURANT at the end of your ride?! That's incredible, I'm so jealous!!! It's just like Blue Bayou at the beginning of Pirates in Disneyland! That explains why Gusteau says "table for you, right this way" at the end of the ride...
I'm looking forward to trying Ratatouille! 😋🤙🏼

Hey Devin, thanks for watching! It's really good to be back 😊 The ride is super fun and cute, but I was definitely a bit disappointed by the queue. It could've used more French paintings/displays to further progress the story and theming of the attraction while also immersing guests for the entirety of the experience. Regardless, I still recommend that all Human People check it out for themselves! 😉

Thank you so much for saying that; it really means a lot to me! As I'm sure you can tell based on how late I'm replying to your comment, consistency is the thing I'm struggling with at the moment because of how busy I've been at work. Time just ends up slipping away from me. I'm still working on finding a better method to stay on top of the editing and uploading so I can continue to build my channel and stay on top of doing what I love :) Videos should resume very soon, and I currently have 5 vlogs all in various states of completion!

I have completed HKDL Parkeology with a time of 2:43:25 last December. My next run, originally scheduled for January, is now expected to happen in June, or even July. This year HK moved the summer break to the spring to ease Omicron infections and run compulsory testing for everyone. The crowd levels for July should be lower than most years.
Dang 2 hours and 43 minutes is a really good time! I'm excited to see how things go on your next run since crowds should be lower than usual!
@@thatguyRyan I was going into line at the teacups just after it's fully loaded, so it could have been faster in that!
it's finally reopening again! i will be booking 16th May, a week before the finals. i want to prevent myself from burning out so having one day at the parks is a good way to relax, and trying to beat my time from December!

I've got 5 videos all in various states of completion, but I'm really seeing how hard it is to stay on top of the editing while working. Is it worth paying $20 to rise??
The ride is super cute and fun, don't get me wrong here, but I personally don't think that it's worth paying an extra $20 for ANY ride on top of the $150 just to get into the park. I think Genie+ is a mistake, and, as a lifelong Disney fan/park-goer, I'm very afraid for the future of the resorts...
