- A card making tutorial from Theresa Momber. Learn to make a sponged and stamped scene using stamps from Gina K Designs.
Please note - I made a mistake on this video. In the section when I sponge in the water after masking the top, I called the color I used dark purple (Edible Edggplant) ink. I should have said blue (or Blue Denim) ink for that part. Sorry for the confusion!

That is gorgeous!
That is so beautiful. I have one stamp pad from Gina K, warm cocoa or something like that and I love it so much. Will def. have to get more after seeing your video! You are really good at sponging on paper, its really hard to get the ink to look that smooth. Can I ask what brand of sponge dauber you are using? I've tried several others but this one looks much better for this technique.
Lovely card!
Love your cards :)
This is magical!
Love yourscene pictures
Thank you - very thorough.
New subbie - Julie
precious!!!!!!!!!!!!!
Beautiful!
Love your work Theresa. But what I want to know is what sponge dauber are you using as ive tried others in the past but this one looks so much better and ease of comfort too.
Very beautiful :)
Hello, Karen and Craftin Kate. I mainly use Jumbo Sponge Daubers by Tsukineko/Imagine Crafts. They also have smaller daubers that fit on the finger tip. I use those for very small areas, like sometimes when I make a dark cloud. But the Jumbo Sponge Daubers are my favorite for nearly anything else. I usually order mine from Gina K, since I order there often and it's quick to just throw a few in the cart. I've seen them at Michaels Craft stores and possibly Joann's as well. Thank you for your kind comments!
I'm sorry Craftin Kate, I missed your question about the sponge daubers when you originally posted it.
Lovely! Thank you.
What sponge daubers are you using here? And was this done on glossy cardstock? You make it look so simple. But I am sure it is not. You have to have a lot of practice to know what colors to use for the effect you want to achieve. I better get busy practicing. Beautiful card. Thank you
Nice card...tyfs!
Wow.
did you remove the half circle at some point?
wow
Where did you buy that tape roller at 6:52 ?
Hi. So sorry for the long delay is seeing this. My tape roller is a Mega Runner from Xyron. I get my refills from Joann's online. I've seen a Teresa Collins branded version of the same tape runner at Michaels before, but I'm not sure if they still carry it.
