Mbps(megabits per second) Mb/s(megabytes per second) The download speed was most likely mb/s and your testing was calculated in Mbps, when you convert 50mbps you get 6mb/s so still slightly lower but still around the range
Yes, you can pay with your naira card. I've ordered severally with mine. DOwnload speed, ping and the like in my opinion depends on your location. If you have issues with RF interference you would have issues with pings for games like COD. But, with FIFA you'd have mostly good pings between 20-50ms and it can spike a few times to like 150-200ms but, just occasionally. You should also consider getting an ethernet adapter so that you can connect your console to the ethernet cable. However, I'm not aware of CODM speeds.
Starlink app shows me ping latency varies between 30-70 milliseconds most of the time. Maybe not the best for online gaming with other players, but not the worst I've seen either via other internet providers. (ツ) ☕☕(ツ)
I've never gotten anything less than 100MB in Abia state, Nigeria the maximum I've gotten is around 230MB but only on a sunny day, the average for me is between 100-180MB
@@Edanilo_ boss, speeds like that are indeed possible in nigeria, i even get 400 where i am but i don't use starlink sha ruclips.net/video/jVR_JNCzRTw/видео.html
Compared to Century Link service in rural Montana the upload speed is a lot faster. I imagine as more satellites get put into position, that will further improve. (ツ) ☕☕(ツ)
Most newer devices sold the last 5 or so years support the 5-6GHz band that most 5G WIFI routers utilize, but older devices will need 4G. It's a tradeoff as 5G has less range than 4G through walls, but 5G does have faster speeds if the signal is strong.
I get 120-200mbps(15-25MB/S) when I download. You just have to split the starlink network to 2.4 and 5ghz in the settings. When you connect to the 5ghz network, you start getting a speed of 120-200mbps. The downside is many devices cannot detect the 5ghz network. I now download using my laptop because it is the only device I have that can detect the starlink 5ghz network

All I can say is that I enjoyed your video
The problem is depends on the server from which your downloading from, some servers are slower than others.
PlayStation servers are fast globally. If downloading FIFA took him over 3 hrs, then Starlink is horrible.
Can we pay with Naira card now straight from their website? Also how is the internet now? Whats the ping like? can it be used for Gaming?

We stage a protest 😅😅
I think the problem is with your WiFi connection, if you can change to wired or 5Ghz wireless connection, definitely your speed will improve

your download servers will throttle your download speed
I will like to know how to set this up.

I have the same problem in Haiti. 😩
Do you know mbps is different from Mb/s
Yeah, IP marketers made a mess with that many years ago in creating that particular confusion. 8 bits in a byte for the math conversion.
